To be a good footballer you need to be a good runner so this is a great way to combine both aspects. Try to use the front of your foot when dribbling the ball (laces/toe area). Start with a shorter distance and gradually build up to a full lap of the park. To increase the difficulty use your weaker foot for dribbling, add in some skills or run against the clock.
