- To make the challenge harder see if you can bounce 2 balls at the same time
For younger children this challenge can begin as a basketball challenge, learning to bounce a bigger ball with your hand. Once you have got the idea, introduce a tennis racket and see how many bounces you can do. Make sure the racket is flat and you hit the ball in the middle of the racket. Once you are confident create your own challenge where you have to run and bounce the ball at the same time. One idea is to have relay races.
