Hop To It!

- To make the challenge easier hold onto something while you are hopping
- To make the challenge harder try to hop higher each time
Hopping is great fun, see if you can challenge yourself to set a new personal best for how many hops you can do in 30 seconds or a minute. Then come up with your very own hopping challenge and see who is the champion out of your friends and family.
One of your legs will be better at hopping than your other leg. Try to get to the point where you can do all the challenges with both legs.
