- To make the challenge harder catch one-handed
We start this challenge off by throwing and catching. Try to throw the ball quite high into the wall so that it will get a good rebound. When you are confident progress the challenges to test out your partner. My son faced the opposite direction to test out his reactions and then I threw it wider so he needed to dive to catch the ball with one hand. You could also throw 2 balls at once.
