Ten of Clubs
- Badminton rackets, shuttlecock and a net
- To make the challenge easier hit to a partner without a net
- To make the challenge harder make the net higher
You will notice on the video that the racket my daughter uses is smaller and almost has no shaft. Try to find appropriate sized equipment for all the challenges. Begin by learning to hit a shuttlecock and try to maintain a rally. Once you have achieved this set up a net and play a game. If you don't have a net make one from some string. Make up your own rules and scoring system.
