100 Kick Ups
- A ball
- To make the challenge easier use a balloon
- To make the challenge harder use your weaker foot
I have seen a lot of children that can do 100 kick ups and they all have two things in common:
- They all started by being able to do 1 kick up
- They didn't give up
With this in mind learn to do 1 kick up so that the ball doesn't go above the head and it goes straight up in the air. Point your toes and make sure your foot is flat on impact. You should be able to catch it every time. Once this is achieved aim for 2 kick ups and catch. getting to 5 and 10 is very hard. Getting to 20 is a bit easier and getting from 20 to 100 is the easiest part. Remember don't give up.
