Seven of Hearts
- A basketball, some markers
- To make the challenge easier bounce the ball and catch
- To make the challenge harder use you weaker hand and run fast
Use your fingertips to bounce the basketball and try to have a very relaxed hand, pushing gently on the ball as it comes up to your waist area. Once you can do lots of bounces see if you can move around whilst bouncing the basketball. You are now ready to design your own challenge or course to run around whilst dribbling.
