- A dice
- To make the challenge easier do 1 of each exercise
- To make the challenge harder throw in a really hard exercise to do 25 times
On a piece of paper write down numbers 1 to 6 and next to each number write down an exercise e.g. star jumps. If you are stuck for ideas copy some of ours. Then roll your dice and whatever number you land on you have to do that exercise. You can choose how many times you do each exercise depending on the difficult of it.
