Five Kick Ups
- A football
- To make the challenge easier try to do 1 kick up and catch
- To make the challenge harder use you weaker foot
Point your toes so your foot is flat and strike the ball with the laced area of the foot. Hit the ball in the middle and don't kick it higher than your head. Practice is the key and progress can be slow in the early stages so don't give up, keep trying. Switch to using a balloon indoors if you are finding it tough.
