- To make the challenge easier try to do 10 step ups without stopping
- To make the challenge harder set yourself a tough target in 30 seconds
It is important that you place one foot fully on the top of the step, then the other foot and then come down one foot at a time. Practice the correct technique before getting faster. This is a personal best challenge. You can count how many step ups can you do in a set time (e.g. 30 seconds) or time how long it take to do a certain number of step ups. Who has the fastest feet in your family?
